Update 2023-11-14: if your browser is Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11 then you must clear the browser cache + history for this website. IE is caching old information that is causing errors. Clearing it should resolve these issues.

To clear the cache in Internet Explorer 9, you can use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+Delete" to open the "Delete Browsing History" window directly.

Alternatively, follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer 9.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
  3. Select "Safety" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on "Delete browsing history".
  5. In the "Delete Browsing History" window, make sure that "Temporary Internet files and website files" is checked. You can also choose to check other options such as "Cookies and website data" if you want to clear those as well.
  6. Click on the "Delete" button.
